Full nest with 2 eggs! Now I have to get a baffle on this box! Since the box won't come off the pole easily because of the hardware used to mount it, I am going to install my own new pole and box with baffle and transfer the nest to the new box.

Did the box and nest change but no more eggs have been laid. There should have been 3 the day I did the change but only two were there.

Female flew out of nest and we have bad news, an egg with a hole in it on the front edge of the nest...

 Still 1 egg in the nest.

 New picture of the box since it was changed a while back. The broken egg may have been victim of a wren attack since there is a woods behind the box. I removed the bad egg. Hope she will lay more.
